Once you fill out this form, please fax it or mail it to us. When we receive your membership form, we will send you a confirmation of your order as well as access information for the site. We generally do this within 24 hours of receiving your membership form.

Monthly Renewal Policy: Your one month trial subscription will automatically renew for one year after the monthly trial. A couple weeks before we process your renewal, we will send you a reminder note via email. During your trial month, if you decide that FT-Talk is not for you, just let us know and we will not initiate any further renewals.

Yearly Renewal Policy: If you select the yearly subscription option, your subscription will automatically renew after one year. Before we process your renewal, we will send you a reminder note via email a couple weeks before we process your renewal.

Privacy Policy: With the exception of clearing your credit card transaction with our bank, we will not disclose any of the information you give us to anyone for any reason. Ever.

Fair Use: Your FT-Talk membership may only be used by one person. You may not share your User ID and password with other people. However, you can use FT-Talk on as many different computers as you like.
